I suddenly stopped getting your emails
Most likely our email is getting tagged as spam by a filter somewhere. Have a face-to-face chat with your spam filter. Convince it that our email is good email. Quality email. Email for the ages. Slowly but surely it will come around to your point of view. In the years to come you will both look back at this day and laugh.
My email address has changed. What do I do?
Sign up under the new address. If you're still receiving mail at the old one we ask that you change it to "no delivery" (don't forget to confirm it!) Otherwise please email us and let us know so we can take your old address off the list.
I signed up but have never gotten the delivery
  1. We now send a confirmation mail when someone signs up. You must click on the URL in that mail to confirm your email delivery. Your delivery will begin the next day.
  2. If you confirmed and a day has passed and still no email, chances are it's being treated as spam. See first question above.
I get the email but the strip itself is sometimes blank
Our hapless ISP has a bad habit of rebooting our server several times a day. You are probably reading it during that magic minute or two. Try again shortly.
The strip is always blank
Some email programs (notably AOL and HotMail) allow you to disable images. You need to enable them.
I am receiving more than one message a day
You may be subscribed under two similar addresses. Email us and we'll look into it.
