Spoken For

I returned Friday from a short but successful visit to Pennsylvania, where I gave a talk to the Lehigh Valley chapter of the Pennsylvania Library Association at Kutztown University. The 110 or so attendees seemed to greatly enjoy my discussion of the whys and wherefores of creating a comic strip about a library, and I greatly enjoyed meeting them and getting a tour of historic Bethlehem the next day. Special thanks to Jenne who engineered my appearance and carted me around, Cindy who helped collect money and shirt orders at the book signing, and Lorelei who regaled me with Law Library stories and drove me at breakneck speeds to the Allentown airport when my flight was suddenly rescheduled.

This visit officially kicked off my 2004 speaking tour, which continues in September in Jacksonville, FL and October in Bellevue, WA. If you're interested in having me talk to your gathering drop me a line.
