At Comic Con I had the pleasure of chatting with Alex Deuben of Comic Book Resources about Unshelved. The resultant interview is finally up for all to see.

I'd like to apologize to those of you who read Unshelved through our RSS feed. You were supposed to get one "Drop-In Titles" posting on Wednesday but instead got six. That's a bug, and I'm working on fixing it.

Bug aside, so far we've gotten an interesting mix of feedback about Drop-In Titles. The majority was very positive - there's obviously a need for this kind of service. Another group said, in essence, "it's not valuable to me personally, but we respect your need to make a living, so go crazy." And then there are those who just want comics: no sponsors, no drop-in titles, nothing but the funny.

I don't know if we can make everyone perfectly happy, but I did spend the plane ride home from North Carolina (nice place, friendly people) redesigning Drop-In Titles to be smaller and, in the RSS feed, integrated in with the strip instead of a separate posting. Hopefully it will be better. Let us know.
