If you've ever bought anything from us at a conference or online you know that our store manager Jana is unfailingly cheerful, helpful, and hard-working. Behind the scenes she does an admirable job keeping Gene and me in line.

The best present you can give Jana is learning to pronounce her name correctly. It's a Czech name, so the J is pronounced like a Y, and it rhymes with "Wanna".
