It’s hard not to be charmed by Simon Basher’s illustrations of the concepts of science and mathematics. Each of them is turned into an adorable cartoon character full of personality, adjoining informative and engaging text by several different authors. It’s the sort of thing that I usually scoff at, but it really does work.
