Unshelved @ BEA
Unshelved strip for 5/21/2014

BEA Previews

Our sponsors this week are three publishers who want to make sure you know what they've got going on at BookExpo America next week:

  • Workman, booth 839/939 has ARCs of Michael Rockliff's new recommended book by, plus lots of other free stuff. Click through for more from Workman.
  • Quercus, booth 2819, has Peter May's new book The Lewis Man. Click through for more information.
  • Annick Press, at Firefly's booth 1549, has To This Day by Shane Koyczan. Click through to watch the trailer.

And of course Unshelved will be there too. We don't have a booth, but we've got two hilarious programs on Friday in room 1E02/1E03:

  • At 11am I will join two of my favorite authors, John Scalzi and Maureen Johnson, in Worst Social Media Advice Ever, moderated by Ron Hogan. Come learn what not to do online, from minor celebrities who have done it all, worse than you ever possibly could
  • At 1pm Gene and I will debut our new talk Too Much Information. In a world overflowing with information, we suggest that libraries are part of the problem but also, perhaps, part of the solution
