Speaking at Your Conference or Staff Day

Blog post header

We’re just catching our breath after our October speaking tour. We started out with a whirlwind trip to Athens, GA, for GACOMO where we gave [our classic keynote](http://www.unshelved.com/talks#funny thing), talked about graphic novels, and even had a chance to see The Librarian. Our next trip was to the Ohio Library Council’s annual conference in Cincinnati where we talked about customer service. Then we were off for an intense day-trip to the Bay Area to talk to staff at a Choose-Your-Adventure-themed staff day full of camo hats and plastic animals where we made everyone laugh and presented a winner with a comic strip based on her true-life library story. We finished it all up by heading to the Michigan Library Association’s annual conference to give our newest keynote and tell would-be censors what they need to know.

A big thanks to everyone who came to see us and especially to those who stopped by afterward with a kind word and a story!

We’re already scheduling talks for next year. If you’re interested in hiring us, please check out our talks & appearances page and then [email me](mailto: gene@overduemedia.com) for details.
