WCFL had the first bookmobile in the U.S., and we are so proud of our current vehicle that we modeled our cart after it. The cart features a plexiglass windshield, roof-top air conditioners, side mirror and is driven by the state library mascot 'Sneaks' in his 'READ' t-shirt! The three sided replica has one side open for books, much the way the first book wagon was designed. The art work on the replica was freehanded by one of our staff.
