Livin La Vida Tablet

My Toshiba M205 arrived yesterday, and in between loading a lot of software on it I've enjoyed playing with its tabletness. I'm going to try to draw a strip on it today or tomorrow to see how well it works.

Followup: I finally drew today's strip (sorry it's late) on the tablet. I can't help it, I'm a geek. The result: it's SMALL. I mean, as tablets go it's midsized - the HP is only 10" - but compared to my monster 18" Cintiq it felt incredibly cramped. So will I draw the strip on it every day? No way. But would I draw a strip if I were out of town? Or at a cafe feeling particularly inspired? Absolutely. Especially the early parts - lettering and "pencilling."

The reason I got this particular tablet was because when it's not being a tablet it's an extremely capable laptop, with a full size keyboard. And what I really do when away from home is write, program, go through old email, etc. And for that the Toshiba will excel. And heck, I might even use it for taking notes, which is after all what this whole Tablet PC thing is all about.
