A New Take on Filing

For you GTD fans, here's a fascinatingly different take on filing.

Help Wanted: Ruby on Rails Developer

I have made the decision to move our website over to Ruby on Rails. My plan is to produce open-source RoR Gems that could enhance any site, not just webcomics. I have big plans. But I can't do it alone. If you're an up-and-coming RoR developer and want to cut your teeth on a high-profile project I would very much appreciate your (unpaid but highly publicized) help. Drop me a line.

Help Wanted: San Antonio

In January we'll be exhibiting at ALA in San Antonio. We need a big-hearted volunteer who:

  • Is willing to be sent and to store nine boxes of books and merchandise a few weeks before the show.
  • Can bring the above to the convention center on Friday, January 20th.
  • (Extra Credit) Has access to a couple of 6 or 8 foot rectangular tables, and can bring them too.

The winning candidate will receive the Unshelved merchandise of their choice, as well as out deepest thanks and a pass to the exhibit hall. Volunteer here.

Exhibiting at a show like ALA is fiendishly expensive. Depending on local volunteers is one of the ways we stay in the black and continue to reach out to our fans across the country. We appreciate your help!

Update: Thanks to everyone who volunteered. We now have a place to send our books, some free tables, and even a booth babe.
