Those of you who know Gene Ambaum that he is deathly afraid of flying. So it is saying a lot to announce that he will be joining me in Chicago in June for the ALA Annual Conference. Finally many of our fans can meet the man jointly responsible for the chaos that is Unshelved. I'm always happy when Gene can make it to a conference, and I'm thrilled he'll be making it to this one, our biggest show of the year.
