I believe yesterday is the first time we've featured a book by someone I know. Joel actually worked for me very briefly at Microsoft a zillion years ago during one of my ill-fated forays into management. I wasn't very good, but he was, and has since gone on to fame and (I trust) fortune. I ran into him at SxSW last year and he gave me a copy of this book. It was such a good read that I just had to tell the world.
