New England Interlude

Our spring speaking schedule is firming up. On April 10th we'll be in Lincoln, NE for the Eastern Library System Colloquium. On May 8th we'll be in Cape Cod, MA at the Massachusetts Library Association, and on May 13th we'll be in Burlington, VT for the Vermont Library Association.

That means we have a little time to burn while we're in New England. So if you've got a conference, meeting, or gathering in that area between May 9th and May 12th and you're looking for quality entertainment, please drop us a line. Not only would you be able to share travel expenses with the two talks already booked, but we'd give you AND those two talks a break on the speaking fee. After all, we'll already be there!

Update: P.S. Our talk is perfect for staff days.

Philly Help Wanted

We're coming to Philly in January for ALA Midwinter and we need some brotherly (or sisterly) love. In order to avoid heinous freight and drayage fees, we'd like to mail about a dozen boxes of our books to a friendly soul who can then drop them off at the convention center for us on the morning of January 11th.

For this kind act you will be showered with blog love and your pick of our store. And if you're not already going to the conference we can get you in for free.

Can you help? Please email us. Thanks!

Update: I've gotten like a dozen offers - thanks everyone!
