As you may have seen, we are teaming up with BEA on a special project. We are asking people, "What do you wish publishers knew?" and we've already gotten dozens of great answers. Now we'd like to ask publishers, "What do you wish your customers knew about you?" It can be addressed to readers, librarians, booksellers, or all of the above. You can be on the record (in which case we'd like your name, title, company, and a picture) or anonymous. Please email your answer to us no later than February 16, but sooner is better!

The end result will be a custom comic we and BEA will both send out. I think everyone will find it very informative and entertaining!
