Unshelved strip for 10/5/2009

ALA Funding and Technology Access Study

We're sponsored by the first time this week by the American Library Association, who would like you to find out the results of their Funding and Technology Access Study, which assesses public access to computers, the Internet, and Internet-related services in U.S. public libraries, and the impact of library funding changes on connectivity, technology deployment, and sustainability.

Bill's new comic strip

In case you missed it, I started a new comic strip a couple of weeks ago. It's called Not Invented Here. It's based on my experiences in the software industry, and the awesome Paul Southworth is making it pretty. Many of you have written to say that you like it but wish you could get it by email like Unshelved - now you can! Just head on over here to sign up!
