Randy Milholland

This was not what I expected.

Randy Milholland writes the immensely popular, and typically crass, and usually misnamed, webcomic Something Positive. At the last Webcomics Weekend I asked him to make us a guest Unshelved Book Club strip, and I expected to have to rein him in for our audience.

And look what he gave us instead - an incredibly sweet and compelling tour through what is obviously one of his favorite books. I particularly love the fourth panel, where Davan is quietly lost in his memories.

Meanwhile, if you should happen to check out today's Something Positive you'll read about shopping for sex aids at Walgreen's. You've been warned.
