Help Wanted for TXLA

UPDATE: VOLUNTEER FOUND, THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO OFFERED!

In a couple of months Jana and I are headed to Fort Worth for the Texas Library Association, one of our favorite shows of the year. But we need a little Texas-sized help. Are you willing to take delivery of about 10 boxes of our books and merchandise in early April, and then bring them to us at the convention center on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 24? We will shower you with our thanks, public accolades, a free exhibits pass, and the Unshelved merchandise of your choice! If this sounds like something you can do, please drop me a line.

Norristown

We’re currently talking with about a dozen organizations that are interested in having us speak this Fall. The first of those to sign on the dotted line is the Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library, which is flying me out to delivery Surviving The Public at their annual staff in service day on October 30th.

It’s not too late to hire us for this Fall - check our our Talks & Appearances page and then drop Gene a line to start the ball rolling!
