Question and Answer of the Week

Unshelved Answers logo

Question of the Week honors go to Liza, who asked for advice about the uncomfortable position she finds herself in, a new hire redesigning a website when the librarians who created and maintained it are still around. I think she should make them cry and then apologize with doughnuts.

Answer of The Week goes to Emily J, who posted an excellent question for Bill and me to ask Nancy Pearl on-stage in May at BEA: “If you were holding a lunchbox right now, what would be on it?”
I’d be holding a King City lunchbox covered with Brandon Grahame’s weaponized cats, but I can’t wait to find out what Nancy will say.

Both winners get the signed Unshelved collection of their choice.

Visit Unshelved Answers if you’ve got questions or want to share your knowledge with others. Don’t forget you can still post your interview questions for Nancy Pear, too. Please vote up good questions and answers.

Unshelved @ TLA

Last year was my first time exhibiting at the Texas Library Association annual conference, and I sold completely out. So this time I brought Gene, and a lot more stuff, with me. Please come find us at booth 2115 (across from Ingram and Ebsco), pick up your free Bibliovore badge ribbon while supplies last, and check out our great conference deals on books, shirts, and bags!
