Unshelved strip for 6/29/2009

Shopping Window

Our stalwart store manager Jana is on a short hiking vacation this week, then she'll be back for a week, and then we're off to ALA, and then she'll be back for a week, and then gone to SDCC for a week. Phew!

The bottom line of all of this is, shipping from our store will be rather intermittent and/or delayed for the next month. If there's something you were hoping to get sooner rather than later, we recommend ordering it sooner.

Finally, if you're hoping to pick up some of our goods at ALA or SDCC please be advised that we're primarily bringing the new stuff. Most of our older "while supplies last" merch will stay at home, as will our big, beautiful, but bulky hoodies.

Book Club List

I finally got around to updating our list of Unshelved Book Clubs which was about five months out of date. This list is getting a little unwieldy, and I'm thinking about more useful ways to present it...

Backstage Library Works

Please welcome our newest sponsor, Backstage Library Works! Here's what the have to say about themselves:

Backstage's on-site RFID tagging services bring your new system up to full functionality in record time. Working with your equipment and label vendors, we'll get your collection tagged quickly so you can start realizing the benefits that convinced you to buy all that RFID technology in the first place. For more info, click here and drop by booth 4430 at ALA.
