Unshelved comic strip for 6/24/2014

Unshelved @ ALA

ALA booth 2008

ALA's Annual Conference 2014 is just days away! This year Gene and Jana are staying home (that's fine guys it's just our BUSIEST SHOW OF THE YEAR) so I'll need you to keep me company. Come to Booth 2008 in the Graphic Novel Pavilion early and often. I promise you:

While you're in the neighborhood, make sure to visit Artist Alley, where you'll find lots of cartoonists more talented than I, including Unshelved BFF Dave Kellett (Sheldon, Drive), there at table 2031 with hunky filmmaker Fred Shroeder to promote their comic strip documentary Stripped, featuring a couple of insightful moments by yours truly. See how I made that all about me? It's a talent I have.

Finally, make sure to pick up the ALA conference newspaper Cognotes every day, because as always there's a brand new Unshelved Conference Tip in every issue.
